I'm drawn to problems where complexity is unavoidable – legal workflows used daily by global teams, or regulated financial and technical products that have to earn a stranger's trust from a single website visit. My process stays consistent regardless of which side of that I'm working on: understand how people actually think and search, structure that into something clear, then validate and refine through real use.

I move between strategy and execution comfortably – running discovery and stakeholder workshops one day, building directly in Figma, WordPress, or Elementor the next – which shortens feedback loops and keeps decisions grounded in what's actually shippable.
