Cross-platform product design and testing across a global law firm's LegalTech stack
Beyond a single flagship platform, I worked across three additional systems – each with a different user base and a different kind of design problem. The common thread: enterprise software rollouts fail on adoption, not features, unless research, documentation, and interface design are treated as one continuous problem.

Mapping legal and administrative workflows across multiple practice groups and markets surfaced hundreds of small inconsistencies – the same process handled a different way by every team, with no shared source of truth.
This reframed the mandate from "deploy the software" to "design for adoption": interface decisions, data structure, documentation, and training all needed to work together, or none of them would stick.
Designed the categorization logic an AI-powered tool relied on to return usable results instead of noise.
Structured testing shaped shipped feature refinements; led a disruption-free migration of live matters to a new platform.
Built onboarding materials and delivered training to drive adoption across teams unfamiliar with the tooling.
To stop the same process being documented five different ways by five different teams, I designed and maintained structured knowledge repositories as a single source of truth for procedures, templates, and platform guidance – a working design system for process, not just interface.
I also co-created an internal compliance tracking tool giving senior management real-time visibility into regulatory status, risk flags, and task ownership, replacing a manual reporting process with a structured dashboard.
